Gail T. Dumas
Enfield, Conn. — Gail T. Dumas, 59, died peacefully Wednesday Feb. 12, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, Conn. Gail was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her positive energy in life, kindness to all and unselfish attitude toward others. Her smiling face, concern for others and lively spirit will truly be missed by her family and friends.
Born in Stafford, Conn. on May 30, 1954, daughter of the late Russell and Carol (Hall) Thrift, she spent her youth in Broad Brook, Conn., raised her loving family in Windsor, Vt. and lived the last 20 years in Enfield. Gail leaves her beloved husband Ira Anapoloski; two children, Jonathan J. Dumas and his wife, Jeannine of Rye, N.H. and Amber R. Castell and her husband, Greg of Meriden, N.H.; her siblings, Melanie Correll and her partner, John Zilles of Bradenton, Fla.; Dr. Leslieann Schecterson of North Bend, Washington and Greggory Correll and his wife, Elizabeth of Olive Branch, Miss.; five grandchildren, Alyssa, Natalie, Cayden, Lea and Mara and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, James and Ruth Hall of Broad Brook, Conn.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22nd at 11a.m. at Unity Church of Greater Hartford, 919 Ellington Road, South Windsor, CT.
