Joseph DiBenedetto and Jennifer Rossi
Hartland — Jennifer Rossi and Joseph DiBenedetto, along with their families, have announced their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joseph and Vicky Rossi, of New Rochelle, N.Y.
After graduating from New Rochelle High School, she earned two master’s degrees as a literacy specialist/teacher from Fordham University. She is the author of two children’s books and is employed as a third-grade teacher in White Plains, N.Y.
The bridegroom-to-be is the son of David and Ann DiBenedetto, of Hartland, and Barbara DiBenedetto, of Woodstock.
He is a 2001 graduate of Woodstock Union High School and earned a degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan, N.Y. He is a police officer for the Yonkers, (N.Y.) Police Department.
The couple live in New Rochelle and plan a July 2014 wedding in Stowe, Vt.
