Central Supply Stays Unbeaten

Meriden — Lebanon Central Supply remained perfect at 4-0 with a 2-0 blanking of CRFC North, which entered the night unbeaten against New Hampshire Soccer Conference Division IV men’s competition.

Tanner Singleton’s header goal in the 13th minute — assisted by a Duncan Craig header — opened the scoring, and in the 31st minute Bennett Newlove volleyed home a Jeff Purdy corner kick to make it 2-0. Miguel Hernandez earned his second straight shutout, making six saves. CRFC North dropped to 4-2.

Lebanon-Mak’s 3 Claremont D-V3

Meriden — Claremont rallied from three goals down to earn a tie with Lebanon Mak’s in an NHSC Division V contest, scoring all of its goals in the game’s final 14 minutes. Nate Gariepy scored twice in the first half for Mak’s (1-1-2), and Taylor Williams scored in the 60th minute to make it 3-0, before Claremont (1-1) rallied late.

White River Junction — Jed Sass and Peter Tsongalis scored goals as Hartford Juniors (4-0) stayed spotless.

Justin Royce assisted on Sass’ goal, and keeper Aaron Parker made five saves.

Touchline V 12, Windsor 0

Norwich — P.J. Shaw scored three goals as Touchline V (3-1) shut out Windsor.

Robbie Murdza and Luke Messersmith scored tow goals apiece, while Jamie Dinulous, Tim Alibozek, Jonah Levine, Nic Johnson and Sander Macauley each had one goal. Connor Edson was in goal for Touchline, which visits Cannons IV today in Woodsville.

Post 22 Holds Salute to Vets

Lebanon — Saturday’s Lebanon Post 22 doubleheader will feature a ceremony between games to honor American war veterans.

The first game features the Lebanon junior Legion team against the Plymouth Post 66 juniors, followed by the Post 22 seniors against Merrimack Post 98.

There will also be a raffle for a fall drawing, in which the winner gets a 4-wheel ride in the North Country with a “wounded warrior” and his family.
