As registered nurse Celeste Bailey observes, Ryan Guidotti, of Lebanon, adjusts a patient while preparing her for a colonoscopy at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in August. When Guidotti graduated from Project Search at Dartmouth last year, his supervisor in the endoscopy department recognized that he could excel beyond cleaning scopes, which is what he was trained for originally, and began to train him as a tech.
