Letter: NRA’s Minority Viewpoint

To the Editor:

Thank you for your Dec. 22 editorial, “Courage Required; a Tepid Call for Action.” It was a clear demonstration of the courage we all need, and the action we all need to take now to ban assault weapons. We must make sure that our representatives seize the moment. The National Rifle Association represents 4 million members. That leaves 307 million others unrepresented on this crucial issue.
