Megan and Aaron Severs
Lebanon — Megan Elizabeth Lentz and Aaron Jay Severs were married on the evening of Sept. 29, 2012.
The wedding took place in Boston, at the Hampshire House, in a ceremony presided over by Rabbi Rachel Saphire.
The bride was escorted by her parents. Bridesmaids were Lisa Dotson and Nikki Estey. The flower girl was Penelope Stephens.
Mark Greene and Matthew Silverstein were groomsmen. The ring bearer was Jasper Stephens. The double ring ceremony took place under a traditional chuppah wedding canopy made from an heirloom tablecloth that belonged to the bride’s great-grandmother. Michael Lentz, Noah Severs, David Severs and Max Goldstein had the honor of holding the chuppah.
The reception, with dinner and dancing, followed at the Hampshire House.
The bride is the daughter of Cyndi Branch, of Atlanta, Ga., and M. Hillman Lentz, of Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated from Atlanta International School in 2001. She earned a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Georgia in 2004 and a master’s degree in historical archeology from Boston University in 2008. She is a writer in San Francisco, Calif.
The bridegroom is the son of Mark and Nancie Severs, of Lebanon. He graduated from Hanover High School in 2000 and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester in 2004. He heads product strategy for TenXer, a venture-backed technology startup in San Francisco.
The couple visited Israel, Jordan, Greece, Croatia and Italy on their honeymoon. They live in San Francisco.
