New London Hospital Employee Earns Certification
New London — Sue Corliss, of New London Hospital, recently earned a family nurse practitioner certification from the University of New Hampshire in Durham.
Corliss has worked at the hospital’s William P. Clough Extended Care Center for five years as a registered nurse. Before joining the Clough Center, she was director of the Progressive Care Unit at Concord Hospital, where she worked for 29 years.
Corliss holds a master’s degree in management and health care administration from New England College in Henniker, N.H., and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of New Hampshire. Corliss lives in Webster, N.H.
New Staff Join
Health Care and Rehabilitation Services
Springfield, Vt. — Several new employees recently joined Health Care and Rehabilitation Services, a mental health agency serving residents of Windham and Windsor counties.
In a recent news release the Springfield, Vt.-based agency said that due to “unprecedented growth,” it is recruiting employees for new programs and existing programs that are expanding.
Margaret Gibson, case manager; Anna Palladino, family clinician; and Suzanne Henderson and Wendy Tucker, community outreach specialists, joined the agency’s Hartford office.
The new employees in Springfield, Vt., include Marissa Martin, licensed practical nurse; Deborah Boston, clinician; Jane Worley, contracted psychiatric nurse practitioner; and Shea Guetti, case manager.
The agency also added a total of nine new employees to its Brattleboro and Bellows Falls offices.
