PERKINSVILLE, VT — It is with deep sadness that we share the recent unexpected death of Jesse Franklin, age 35. He was cherished and will be missed by his parents Russell and Ginny, sister Mary Lewis and brother-in-law Tim Lewis, Aunt and Uncle Sally and Phil Kugler, cousins Sam and Matt Kugler and close friend Tricia Temple. He is also grieved by countless friends and family both near and far. Jesse began life with a rare heart defect which required surgery as a baby and again as a young adult. His determined spirit and loving support helped him through all his challenges. As he grew up he developed a love of skiing, golf, anything with a motor, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. Jesse had a kind, gentle spirit with an ever present sense of humor. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and had a ready smile. His special presence will be so greatly missed. There will be a Celebration of Life service Saturday, November 16, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at the Brownsville Community Church in Brownsville, Vermont. We are casual people so please dress comfortably. In memory of Jesse's life, we picked a fund at CHaD that provides toys, games, and other items to bring comfort and solace to children in the hospital, as we so appreciated all who helped us and him during all his journeys. If you wish to donate you can call: Jason Naugler, 603-653-0759, Wishlist Fund 2-22576 or by making a check to: Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, putting in the memo part Jesse's name and CHaD Wishlist Fund 2-22567. Mail to: Dartmouth-Hitchcock Office of Development, Attn.: Jason, 1 Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03756.
