WOODSTOCK — Chloe Masillo had a hand — or, more accurately, a foot — in all three goals for the Woodstock girls soccer team in a 3-0 decision over Stratton Mountain on a perfect Thursday afternoon.

Masillo put the Wasps in front early, scoring with an assist to Skye Cully. Masillo followed with an unassisted goal for some insurance. Olivia Grasso scored the final goal, just before halftime, crediting Masillo and Cully for assists.

Woodstock has now won two in a row, making the Wasps 2-1-0. Keeper Jane Stout made 10 saves for the Wasps, who will face a tough test at Hartford on Saturday.

Timberlane 3, Hanover 1

HANOVER — The Bears (4-3-0) couldn’t hold an early lead against Timberlane (6-1-0).

Maeve Lee put Hanover in front early, scoring with an assist to Nora Bradley in the 12th minute.

The Bears let off the gas a bit after the goal, and Timberlane answered 30 seconds later to knot the score at 1-1. Another by the visitors before halftime made it 2-1 at the break. A back-and-forth second half was capped by a third goal from the visitors late in the action.

Coach Doug Kennedy praised the play of Mia Madden, Elena Mierke and Bradley. Keeper Sadie Ross made 10 saves for the Bears, who play host to Manchester Memorial on Saturday.

Mascoma 3, Newfound 2

WEST CANAAN — Emily Seiler had two goals and an assist for the Royals (4-4-0) in a bounce-back win over the Bears.

Andrea Fernandez added a goal and keeper Molly Gray made nine saves. Mascoma came out on the short end against Stevens on Wednesday, 10-0, proving a short memory to get the win a day later.

Mascoma will host Bishop Brady on Saturday for homecoming.

Windsor 0Green Mountain 0 (OT)

CHESTER, Vt. — The Yellowjackets settled for a draw in a tough game at Green Mountain.

Sophia Rockwood made 12 saves to anchor a solid game by the Windsor defense. The Jacks (4-1-1) will host Hartford on Tuesday.

Boys SoccerLebanon 3, Pembroke 0

PEMBROKE, N.H. — The Raiders are still unbeaten after scoring three goals in the first six minutes in this latest shutout win.

Abe Pearson got things started 2:36 in, scoring from Nick Brill. Brill followed two minutes later and again in the sixth minute with goals. Will Katz picked up an assist. Keeper Zach Aldrich made five saves, including a breakaway save in the final minutes to preserve the shutout.

The Raiders (9-0-0) host Souhegan on Tuesday.

Field HockeyBellows Falls 2Hartford 1 (OT)

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — The Canes’ Kamryn Brower scored a game-tying goal late to force overtime, but the Terriers prevailed to drop Hartford to 4-1-0.

Charlotte Jasmin picked up an assist on Brower’s goal. The Canes will look for some revenge at Bellows Falls on Tuesday.
