Lila, adoptable from White River Animal Rescue

Miss Lila arrived in a shelter in Texas pregnant not long ago. She had 14 puppies, which she raised. She then took on three orphan puppies, which she raised as well.

Lila is a big, sweet girl who loves everyone. She is extremely sweet, laid-back, and calm. She is approximately 98 lbs, 1.5 years old, up-to-date on shots, and will be altered before arriving in Vermont in the next couple of weeks.

Please consider making Lila part of your family!

(Lila is up for adoption from White River Animal Rescue, who can be reached at adoptions@whiteriveranimalrescue.org. Follow the rescue on FacebookTwitterInstagram and Pinterest.)

Malina, adoptable from Sullivan County Humane Society

“I am 3-year-old Malina. My owner called the humane society because she realized her home was too stressful for me. There were three other cats, three young children and another one on the way. I prefer a quiet home, so wanting the best for me, my owner made the difficult decision to surrender me.

“If you can provide me with a quiet, loving home I am the girl for you! I am vet checked, spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative.”

(Malina is up for adoption from Sullivan County Humane Society, located at 145 Broad St. in Claremont. Please see hours on the humane society website at www.sullivancountyhumanesociety.org and Facebook. Call 603-542-3277 or email sullivanhumane@hotmail.com.)
