HANOVER — The home of Dartmouth College’s hockey teams is undergoing a makeover that will bring upgrades for players and also promote equity between the men’s and women’s squads.

LEBANON — Lebanon High School hockey is seeking a new head coach after Dean Cashman informed the school he would not return for a third season.

Stevenson, the former Dartmouth College goalie, was called up to the Capitals on Monday from their AHL affiliate, the Hershey Bears, for whom he has posted a 2.94 goals against average, a .888 save percentage, two shutouts and a 18-5-5 record this season. The Capitals — who have been without their No. 1 netminder, Logan Thompson, the last two weeks due to an upper-body injury — were to visit the N.Y. Islander on Tuesday night before closing the regular-season schedule at Pittsburgh on Thursday evening.

MANCHESTER — The proverbial lights went out for the Hanover High boys hockey team Wednesday with a 3-1 loss to Concord in the NHIAA Division I semifinals at John F. Kennedy Memorial Coliseum. The game and season, however, displayed what appears to be a bright future for the Bears.
