WEST LEBANON — Two Upper Valley senior high school baseball standouts have been selected to play in all-star games over the next week.

Lebanon High pitcher Kyle Pelletier will suit up for a roster of NHIAA Division I and II athletes in the Baseball Coaches Association of New Hampshire’s contest against Maine on Monday afternoon at Holman Stadium in Nashua.

The Bentley College-bound Pelletier handled the staff ace role for the Raiders this season, helping Lebanon to a 10-8 record and a trip to the state quarterfinals. Game time is noon.

Meanwhile, Oxbow High’s Cody Grant will suit up for Vermont in the annual Twin State Baseball Classic next Saturday at the Maxfield Sports Complex in White River Junction. Grant was named on Friday to an 18-player roster whose coaching staff includes the Olympians’ Shawn French.

Vermont’s all-stars will take on a squad of New Hampshire Division III and IV standouts in a doubleheader starting at 9:30 a.m. The New Hampshire roster has yet to be released.
