Susan Roth, a former California police officer, has filed a lawsuit against Elliot Hospital, Concord Hospital, and the town of Warner, alleging that she was mistreated, physically harmed, and civilly trafficked while seeking help for a psychiatric condition rooted in her law enforcement career.
