Woodstock Village elects trustees, approves budget

WOODSTOCK VILLAGE — In Australian ballot voting on Tuesday, Village voters elected Brenda Blakeman and Lisa Lawlor to trustee positions in uncontested races.

Blakeman earned a three-year term and Lawlor, a two-year term. Of Woodstock Village’s 817 registered voters, 52 cast ballots Tuesday.

During the floor meeting, voters approved all articles including a village budget of $1.63 million, with $779,000 to come from taxes.
