Town Meeting preview: Two vie for two-year term on Windsor Selectboard

Article of note: One article asks voters for $97,000 to support the Windsor Public Library. Another asks for $20,000 for the Windsor Cemetery Association.

Contested races: Tera Howard and Eric Saltonstall are vying for a two-year seat on the Selectboard. Ryan Palmer is running unopposed for the three-year seat. 

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed operating budget is $6.47 million, with $4.57 million expected to come from taxes.

When, where and how to vote: An in-person floor meeting, with a virtual option, will be held on Monday, March 4 at 7 p.m. at the Windsor Welcome Center, 2 Railroad Avenue. Ballot voting will take place on Tuesday, March 5 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Windsor Municipal Building, 29 Union Street.
