Town Meeting preview: Windsor voters consider funding upgrades and repairs to municipal buildings

Contested races: Emma Caffrey and Tom Demasi are facing off for a two-year seat on the Selectboard.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed budget is $6.05 million, of which $4.27 million is expected to be raised by taxes. Last year, voters approved a budget of $5.74 million, according to Valley News reporting at the time.

When, where and how to vote: Windsor will hold an in-person and virtual Town Meeting on March 6 at 7 p.m. at the Windsor Welcome Center, 2 Railroad Avenue, and online at https://meet.google.com/twv-minn-jvy. Australian ballot voting for officers and money items will take place on March 7 at the Windsor Municipal Building, 29 Union Street from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
