Washington Governor to Make Appearance at Dartmouth

Hanover — Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, who is exploring a Democratic run for president, plans a visit to the Dartmouth College campus next week.

Inslee, 67, will meet with Dartmouth Democrats at lunch on Tuesday, then will hold a forum open to students and the general public at 1 p.m. at the Occom Commons room in Goldstein Hall on Maynard Street.

Inslee, who grew up in the Seattle area, served in the U.S. House for 14 years before being elected governor in 2012.
