LEBANON — The annual Upper Valley Filipino-American Christmas party took place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lebanon on Saturday.
The group has been gathering for over a decade, said Nida Tansey, of Windsor, noting that many of the teens and young adults have grown up together.
