Upper Valley Business Alliance names new board officers

WEST LEBANON — The Upper Valley Business Alliance has selected new officers for its board of directors.
Scott Young, Mascoma Bank’s vice president of Retail Banking, will serve as chair. Alison Chisolm, owner of Consultant Squared in West Lebanon, will serve as vice chair. Jay Simms, partner at Tyler, Simms & St. Saveur Certified Public Accountants in Lebanon, has been named treasurer.
Jennifer Packard, director of operations at Mollys Restaurant, will serve as the immediate past chair. Packard has been chair of UVBA since its start in 2020.
