Virtual courses offered to help with chronic disease and chronic pain

WEST LEBANON — The University of New Hampshire is offering virtual courses aimed at helping New Hampshire residents living with chronic disease and chronic pain to cope starting this month.

The six-session “Living Well with Chronic Pain” takes place on Wednesdays from 5 – 7:30 p.m., starting on Jan. 18. Registration closes at noon on Tuesday.

“Take Charge of Your Health!” for people living with chronic conditions such as as diabetes, asthma, arthritis, COPD, depression or hypertension takes place on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., beginning on Jan. 31. Registration closes at noon on Jan. 30.
