SUNAPEE — Incumbent Democrat Linda Tanner was elected to her fifth two-year term in the New Hampshire House on Tuesday, defeating Sunapee Republican and political newcomer George Grant, 1,392-1362 in the Sullivan 5 House District.
Tanner, who is also a Sunapee resident, beat Grant 1,021 to 993 in Sunapee and 371 to 369 Springfield.
