Democrat wins Bradford, Vt.-area House seat

BRADFORD, Vt. — Democrat Monique Priestley easily won a Vermont House seat representing the Orange-2 district in the Vermont House on Tuesday.

Priestley earned 1,218 votes to Republican Zachary Lang’s 718.

The two Bradford residents were vying to represent the three-town district, which also includes Fairlee and West Fairlee.
