Rutland, Vt. — Tracey Loehlein Hazelton passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 8:55 a.m. with her angels by her side in the early morning rain. Born Jan. 20, 1958, to Elizabeth (Wootton) and Donald Loehlein in Newburgh, N.Y. She was employed as a RN at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. for several years.

Tracey is survived by her sisters Rachel Hilske of No. Clarendon, Vt., Danielle Hilske of Nashua, N.H., Maurice Loehlein of Seattle, Wash.; her beloved brother Conrad (Paul) Loehlein of Boston, Mass.; and her father Donald Loehlein of Eureka, Wash.; as well as her favorite niece Kelsey Lockerby and her nephew Austin Cioffi; and many more she wishes to acknowledge: special friends Janelle Cassant, VNA, Foley Cancer Center at Rutland Hospital, fifth floor nurses and staff, Dartmouth-Hitchcock and coworkers; her most recent companions and caregivers, Rachel, Danielle, Bill Ciejko, Kari Williams, Steve and Bonny Benson, Joan Imperato, Migill O’rourke, Bennie Carrara, long time friends Marsha Call, Kathleen Tortolano, Russ, and Hutch.

Tracey was predeceased by her grandparents of Scheffield England, Frederick and Edith Wootton, and most beloved mother Elizabeth Ann Wooten.

Funeral arrangements are by Barnard Funeral Home, Pittsford, Vt. The service will be Saturday, July 1, 2017, 11 a.m. at Christ the King Church 66 South Main St., Rutland, VT 05701 with a reception to follow downstairs at Christ the King Engle Hall.
