SUNAPEE — In a recount Friday for the Sullivan 5 House district, incumbent Democrat Linda Tanner increased her Election Day victory over George Grant by one vote, 1,397 to 1,366.
The election day results were 1,392 to 1,362.
Tanner, of Sunapee, will serve her fifth two-year term in the New Hampshire House. The district includes Sunapee and Springfield.
Grant, a retired building contractor from Sunapee, was making his first run for statewide office.
