Q: I’m using the eEdition App. How can I purchase a subscription?
A: Exit the app and open your iOS or Android web browser. Navigate to and select "Subscribe" from the top of the screen. Follow the prompts. Platform restrictions do not allow such purchases within the app.

Q - I already have a Digital Only subscription. How do I get access via the new login system?
A - Subscribers should have received a username and password in an email. If you can’t find the email, go to this page and click 'Forgot Password'..

Print Subscribers

Q: Do print subscribers still get digital access for free?
A: Yes. To activate your free digital access simply create an account. To create the account, go to the registration page via this link. If you are a print subscriber to the Valley News, you are entitled to full online access.
