Submit a Wedding Announcement

The Valley News is pleased to publish the announcement of your wedding. There is no charge to publish these announcements, but they are subject to editing.

Deadlines
We must receive the announcement within three months of the wedding. This deadline exists so we may provide our readers with timely information while still giving the couple adequate time to compose their announcement. Your cooperation is appreciated. If you wish to have your announcement appear after the three-month deadline, or if you wish to include additional information, please contact the display advertising department at 603-298-6082 during regular business hours or via email at advertising@vnews.com.

Photographs
You are welcome to submit a photograph of the couple to accompany the announcement. Photographs with the couple standing or seated close together with their heads at approximately the same level are preferred. Group photographs will not be accepted. Our intention is to reproduce all photographs at approximately the same size, so the photograph may be electronically cropped. If you submit a print and wish to have it returned, you must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope of an appropriate size. We make every effort to treat photographs carefully but cannot guarantee their safety. If you submit your announcement via email, a high-resolution digital photograph in .jpg format (200-300 dpi minimum) may be attached.

How to Send Your Announcement

Simply fill out the form below, attach a photograph and click "Submit."
You also may send the requested information by email to announcements@vnews.com. It is recommended that you follow your email with a telephone call to 603-727-3221 to ensure that the email arrived. High-resolution digital photographs in .jpg format (200-300 dpi minimum) may be attached.
