Customer Relations Representative

The Valley News, a print and digital media company, is looking for a customer relations representative to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude , can handle a fast paced office environment and want to be part of a team providing an essential service and high quality journalism to the Upper Valley, this is a great opportunity!
The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, have a pleasant phone manner, and thrive in a team-based environment. Ability to multi-task, see what has to been done and tackle it and have good computer skills a must. Duties include helping customers with their accounts, answering phones, responding to emails, following up with customer requests and working with our team in our customer retention efforts. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing and fun team.
This position is full-time Monday – Friday at our West Lebanon office with benefits that include: paid vacation, sick and personal time, 401(k), medical, dental, life and voluntary insurances.
