Stormy Daniels Lawyer, 2020 Contender Avenatti to Stump in White River Junction

White River Junction — California lawyer and 2020 presidential hopeful Michael Avenatti is scheduled to swing through White River junction during a visit to Vermont next week, according to the state Democratic Party.

Avenatti is slated to hold town halls in Burlington and White River Junction on Nov. 16 and 17, according to party spokesman Christopher Di Mezzo. He also will be attending a private event with members of the state’s Democratic Party in Montpelier.

Avenatti, who rose to prominence as the attorney representing pornographic actress Stormy Daniels in her legal battles against President Donald Trump, has been stumping around the country in what many have suspected is preliminary campaigning for the 2020 presidential race.
