Police search Hartford home for missing man

HARTFORD – Hartford police are helping to search for a 39-year-old Vermont man who was reported missing in Chester, Vt., early last month.

Joshua Webster, of Springfield, Vt., was last seen walking from a home on Regina Lane in Chester early in the morning on March 7, according to a news release from Vermont State Police. A family member called Hartford Police on March 15 to report him missing.

With help from Vermont State Police and Chester police, Hartford officers launched an investigation into his disappearance. On Wednesday, Hartford police and the Vermont State Police Crime Scene Search Team searched a home Webster owns on Quechee West Hartford Road, the release said.
