PLAINFIELD — Incumbent Eric Brann, who ran unopposed, was re-elected to a three-year term on the town’s Selectboard.
Norm Berman won a two-year seat on the School Board. Jenny Ramsey and Andrew Martin won three-year terms on the board. Ramsey received 212 votes and Martin, a write-in candidate, received 152 votes. They defeated Jesse Medeiros, who received 94 votes.
Voters also approved three zoning amendments: one concerning cottage businesses, another about “approved business projects” and a third changing its requirements for solar energy systems.
Voting on all other school and town articles will take place Saturday in the Plainfield School gymnasium, 91 Bonner Rd. The school meeting begins at 9 a.m. and the town meeting begins at 1 p.m.
