Hanover Girls Hockey Rolls

Manchester — Fifteen different players recorded a point as the Hanover High girls hockey team rolled to a 14-0 win over Manchester Central on Friday night.

Pepper Joseph and Christina Chow led Hanover (5-0-1, 6-1-1) with two goals and one assist each. Hannah Curtis, Cate Wagner, Briland Laycock, Meredith Morhun, Kelly Citera, Sage McGinley-Smith, Macy Curtis, Sophia Bracket, Molly French and Clara Boland also struck twine for Hanover. Brackett, Joseph and Chow all netted their first varsity goals.

French, Maggie Lee and Emma Tysinger served up a pair of assists for the Marauders, with Wagner, Laycock, Morhun, McGinley-Smith, Macy Curtis, Brackett, Boland and Rose Donaldson also assisting. Rebekah Rudd and Aiden Stone split the win in goal.

Langdon, n.h. — Avery Hunnewell put in a team-best 20 points for the Marauders (1-0) in their season opener. Cassie Reese and Eli Weintrab each scored four points.

Hanover entertains Merrimack Valley on Tuesday.
