Norwich Memorial Day Observance, Picnic and Music: Noon, outside Tracy Hall and on the Green in Norwich. Short observance with military honors followed by free picnic on the green, with music from the Upper Valley Community Band. Hosted by yman F. Pell American Legion Post 8.

Monday

Memorial Day Ceremony in Canaan:9 to 10 a.m., Town Common, junction of routes 4 and 118. The Mascoma Valley Regional High School band will perform. Canaan American Legion Post 55 will provide the color guard. Includes guest speakers. 603-523-4501.

Memorial Day Program in Bradford, Vt.: 10 a.m., at the Upper Plain Cemetery by the Sawyer Chapel. Hosted by the Bradford Historical Society.

Enfield Memorial Day Parade: Begins at 10:30 a.m. at Whitney Hall, proceed onto Route 4 to Veteran’s Park, then Oak Grove Cemetery, and down Main Street to end at Whitney Hall. recreation@enfield.nh.us.

Memorial Day in Tunbridge Village: Town Hall memorial service, 10:30 a.m. Parade from fairgrounds at 11 a.m. followed by wreath-laying ceremony at cemetery. Library Friends’ book and bake sales, 9 a.m. to noon. Fire Department chicken barbecue and Recreation Committee ice cream begins around noon at fairgrounds. 802-889-5528 or kjayvt@gmail.com.

Lebanon Memorial Day and Service: Parade begins at 11 a.m. on Hanover Street near Route 120 and Eldridge Street, pause briefly at the Hanover Street bridge for a service, then continue around Colburn Park and go along Church Street to the School Street Cemetery, where a short service will take place. The parade will then exit the cemetery onto School Street and enter Colburn Park for a Memorial Day Service. Hosted by American Legion Post 22 in Lebanon. 603-448-3429.

Memorial Day Ceremony in Perkinsville: Noon, Veterans Memorial Park, Route 106. Hosted by the Weathersfield Veterans Memorial Committee. 802-674-5021.
