New pavilion rises in Enfield

  • Tye Feaster of Upper Valley Building and Remodeling paints ventilation areas that will be seen while working on a new pavilion at Mascoma Lakeside Park in Enfield, N.H., on April 19, 2021. The project at the town park along Mascoma Lake is aided by a grant from the Northern Border Regional Commission. According to Rob Taylor, Enfield's Land Use and Community Development Director, the 1,000 square-foot pavilion is due to be complete this summer. A group of Mascoma Valley Regional High School alumni has already booked the space for a reunion. Taylor said townwide gatherings are planned as well. "The park is our crown jewel in Enfield," he said. (Valley News - Geoff Hansen) Copyright Valley News. May not be reprinted or used online without permission. Send requests to permission@vnews.com.
