HANOVER — Dartmouth College women’s lacrosse head coach Alex Frank has added Theresa “Tee” Ladouceur to her staff as an assistant coach.
Ladouceur, whose hiring was announced on Monday, is the first addition to the Big Green coaching staff under Frank, who was hired in June.
Ladouceur joins the Big Green after two seasons at Denver, where she was instrumental in the success of a Pioneers team that reached the NCAA tournament quarterfinal last spring. Having guided Denver’s attack, Ladouceur will now work with another gifted scoring team; Dartmouth ranked seventh nationally and led all Ivy League teams with 16.0 goals per game last season.
Ladouceur has also coached at UC Davis, UAlbany and RPI. She’s a 2011 graduate of Syracuse University, for whom she played for three years.
