FAIRLEE — Ledge work will close a roughly 6-mile section of Interstate 91 between Fairlee and Bradford starting on Monday, Oct. 21.

The southbound lanes of I-91 will be closed between Exit 16 in Bradford and Exit 15 in Fairlee until Nov. 11, the Vermont Agency of Transportation said in a news release on Tuesday. During the closure, southbound traffic will be detoured off of I-91 onto Route 25 in Bradford, and then onto Route 5 south to Fairlee. VTrans plans to reopen a single southbound lane on Nov. 11, with the highway full reopening on Dec. 1, the release said.
