Upper Valley Haven alters food shelf renovation timeline

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — The food shelf at the Upper Valley Haven will remain open at its current location through Wednesday, Jan. 17, before moving to a temporary location.

The food shelf, located at 713 Hartford Ave., will be open Mondays-Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be closed Thursday, Jan. 18, through Tuesday, Jan. 23, before reopening at its temporary location on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 608 N. Main St. in downtown White River Junction. The hours will remain the same. The food pantry will remain at its temporary location for around 3½ months while renovations take place at the food pantry at the Haven, executive director Michael Redmond said.
