HARTFORD — The Hartford Community Coalition has rescheduled a community forum on safety and substance use for next month, according to a post on its Facebook page.

The event was initially scheduled for Tuesday night, but has been postponed to Thursday, Feb. 16. The location is yet to be announced.

The event is slated to include speakers from Hartford’s police, fire and social work departments to discuss concerns regarding safety and substance use in town.
