West Lebanon — A Boston-based commercial real estate development and investment company has acquired three keystone shopping plazas in West Lebanon and Lebanon for almost $27.2 million.
The Davis Cos. bought Kmart Plaza and North Country Plaza along Route 12A in West Lebanon and the Miracle Mile Shopping Center on Miracle Mile in Lebanon from the real estate affiliate of Maine-based fuel distributor Dead River Co., according to NFK Capital Markets, a real estate investment adviser that represented Dead River.
Dead River Co. and The Davis Cos. did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The $27.15 million deal includes $16.5 million for the Kmart Plaza, $5.65 million for the North Country Plaza and $5 million for the Miracle Mile Shopping Center, according to real estate transfer records on file with the city of Lebanon’s assessment office.
The Miracle Mile Shopping Center sale marks the fifth significant commercial property along Miracle Mile in Lebanon to change hands in recent months, following the sales of Flanders and Patch Ford, Bridgman’s Fine Home Furnishings, Gerrish Honda and Twin States Harley-Davidson.
