CLAREMONT — A 31-year-old Claremont man has pleaded not guilty to charges he shared a sexually explicit video of a woman he knows against her will.

Justin Lamontagne was indicted on two felony counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images on Jan. 22. He waived his arraignment and entered the not guilty plea on Thursday and was released on personal recognizance. As part of his release, a superior court judge ordered that he not have any contact with the woman, not possess a firearm, and not drink an excessive amount of alcohol.

The penalty can carry a 10- to 20-year prison sentence as well as a $5,000 fine.
