NEWPORT — A 42-year-old Claremont man has been indicted on charges that he shared sexually explicit images of a woman that were intended to remain private.

Chad Boardman allegedly sent at least two photos that depicted a nude woman to another man without her permission, according to the Sullivan County Superior Court indictments.

He allegedly did so with the intent to harass her, the indictments said.

Boardman faces two felony counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.

His next court hearing is scheduled for April 18.
