CHELSEA — In ballot voting on Tuesday, voters elected two Selectboard members in uncontested races.

Gregg Herrin was elected to a three-year seat and Kevin Marshia to a two-year seat.

Also by ballot, voters approved an exemption for the Chelsea Grange No. 362, on a .11-acre of land located at 260 VT Route 110, from property taxes for five years.

Of the town’s 895 voters, 191 cast ballots Tuesday.

During Tuesday’s floor meeting, voters approved the budget of $1.66 million, of which $1.06 million is to come from taxes with very little discussion, according to Town Clerk Karen Lathrop.
