LEBANON — One person has died in an ongoing COVID-19 outbreak at the Lebanon Center Genesis HealthCare facility, according to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.

The outbreak includes a total of 46 residents and eight employees, according to Lori Mayer, a spokeswoman for the center on Old Etna Road. Most of those involved in the outbreak have had mild symptoms or were asymptomatic. More than 95% of residents who tested positive and 100% of COVID-positive staff members were boosted, she said.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of one resident who passed away with COVID-19 during this time,” Mayer said.

Two people also died in an outbreak at Sullivan County nursing home in Unity that ended on Feb. 22, according to DHHS. That outbreak included 16 residents and 20 employees.
