Police seek information on Barnard store break-in

BARNARD, Vt. — The Vermont State Police are seeking information about a break-in at the Barnard General Store early Sunday morning, according to a police news release.

Troopers responded to an alarm activation at the store, which is at 6134 Route 12, at about 3:30 a.m. Once there, they discovered that someone had “forcibly entered” and taken cigarettes, wine and other items.
