Norwich Woman Joins Institute Board

Lebanon — Jacqueline “Jaci” Allen, of Norwich, has been appointed to the Upper Valley Educators Institute board of directors.

“For over 30 years, Allen worked with Fortune 500 companies and regulators in sales, marketing, strategic planning and consulting to solve problems and grow businesses,” the institute said in a recent news release.

In addition to serving on the board of directors, Allen will also “lend her marketing and communications experience” to the nonprofit’s Board Committee on Institutional Advancement.

The companies Allen worked with included CVS Pharmacy, Pitney Bowes, and Peppers and Rogers Group, a Stamford, Conn.-based management consulting firm.

Prior to joining the corporate world, she taught secondary English in Connecticut.

She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.— Staff report
