CRREL Interns Shine at Research Symposium

Sunday, August 11, 2013
University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez student Neliam Justiniano explains her student intern project to Jim Lever, a mechanical engineer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in Hanover and adjunct professor of engineering at Dartmouth, during the 2013 CRREL Research Symposium on Wednesday. Justiniano is one of three UPRM students involved in a 10-week student intern program. Six other student interns from the Pathways for Students and Recent Graduates to Federal Careers program also made presentations, as did students participating in the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education and Department of the Army intern programs.
