HARTLAND — A two-vehicle crash injured one person and led to the closing of a portion of Interstate 91 southbound for almost 11 hours Tuesday.
The crash between a tractor-trailer truck and a Subaru Crosstrek happened around 11:52 a.m. between Exits 10 and 9, just after the interchange with Interstate 89, Vermont State Police said in a news release.
The driver of the truck, identified as 63-year-old Jorge Guillen, of Linden, N.J., had to be taken to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with a head injury, police said.
The road was covered in snow at the time of the crash.
Police said in an email that the road was back open at 10:26 p.m.
