KUA Boys Basketball Rides Defense to Another Victory
Dorchester, Mass. — Riding a stalwart defense, the Kimball Union boys basketball team traveled to the Kroc Center to record a 56-36 win over Connecticut’s Marianapolis Prep yesterday to complete a sweep of its weekend schedule.
The Wildcats (11-3) limited Marianapolis (10-4) to just 18 points in each half. Malik Abu did a little bit of everything for KUA, scoring a team-high 13 points, grabbing eight rebounds and blocking three shots in Kimball Union’s second straight win following Thursday’s upset loss to rival Vermont Academy.
Devin Gilligan added 10 points, Malcolm Brent had nine, and Devon Thomas and Duby Maduegbunam each netted eight for the Wildcats. Kimball Union returns to action on Wednesday at home against Holderness.
Track and Field
New Haven, n.h. — With Abbey D’Agostino continuing her assault on the school record book, the Dartmouth women’s and men’s track and field teams both picked up victories over Columbia and Yale yesterday at Yale’s Coxe Cage.

Senior Connor Reilly led the men by winning the 60 and 200 meters. Junior John Bleday won his primary even, the mile, in 4:08.
Both Dartmouth teams are bound for the Terrier Classic at Boston University this weekend.
