McNamara, Carrier Get League Mention

Hanover — Dartmouth linebacker Will McNara and wide receiver Jon Marc Carrier earned weekly honors from the Ivy League for their play in Saturday’s 56-0 rout of Columbia.

McNamara was chosen the league’s defensive player of the week for his two-interception game, the first of his career, both of which he returned for touchdowns.

Carrier earned rookie of the week plaudits for the Big Green, netted his first two career TD receptions, scores that started Dartmouth on its way to its most lopsided victory in more than 75 years.
