Dartmouth Players Eye Pro Hockey
Hanover — A trio of Dartmouth College women’s hockey alumni have declared for the Canadian Women’s Hockey League draft as 2013 graduates Reagan Fischer, Sasha Nanji and Margaux Sharp are looking to make the next step in their hockey careers.
The CWHL is a five-team professional league, with teams in Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Alberta and Brampton, Ontario. The league began play in 2010.
Players whose rights are not held by a CWHL team were eligible to register for the 2013 CWHL Player Signing Draft prior to Aug. 20. As part of the registration process, each prospective player indicated the CWHL city or cities in which they are willing to play.
During their time with the Big Green, the trio produced 240 points on 95 goals and 145 assists.
