Letter: The Gap Between Rich and Poor

To the Editor:

Perhaps communism isn’t so bad. On the same day the Valley News reported about the difficulty young people have finding affordable housing in the Upper Valley and the $18 million dollar house (possibly with a helipad) in Barnard. Karl Marx proposed “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.” Sounds like a good idea to me.
